Capsule collection — a small, coordinated set of garments designed to be mixed and matched. Lookbook — a styled photographic presentation of a season's pieces, used for press and wholesale. MOQ (minimum order quantity) — the smallest batch a factory will produce per style or colour.
CMT (cut, make, trim) — contract manufacturing in which a factory cuts fabric, sews garments, and applies trims from the client's materials. Deadstock — leftover fabric or unsold garments from previous seasons. Private label — goods made by a third-party factory and sold under a retailer's own brand. Dropshipping — a model in which the seller holds no stock and orders ship directly from a supplier.
